Hometeck Services

         is located in St. George, Utah and serves most of the Southern part of the state as well as Southern Nevada and Northern Arizona.  We strive to offer the service our customers require and are willing to travel outside our normal service area when our clients can't find rating services closer to them or otherwise request our service in their area.  We are nationally certified Home Energy Raters and are licensed in Utah, Nevada and Arizona.  We are willing to expand our liscensing into other states as needed.

 

         is the owner of Hometeck Services.  He brings a diverse background of experience and education to a business that he is very passionate about.  Kim has almost 35 years of involvment in Alaskan Commercial fisheries where he still participates as captain of his Salmon vessel in the Bristol Bay salmon fishery each summer.  Kim owned a commercial refrigeration service business for 12 years where he serviced and installed a broad assortment of marine and commercial equipment.  He has worked in sales of electrical power conditioning equipment to reduce the use and cost of electrical energy for small to medimum commercial and industrial companies.  He worked as a home inspector for residential real estate transations prior to his current business of Home Energy Rating and Energy Conservation consulting.  Kim has been rating homes for compliance with the EPA's Energy Star program since 2002.

 

         joined Hometeck Services in 2005 as a HERS rater.  Dave is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard where he served in numerous ports throughout the US.  Dave's background includes many years of commercial building maintenance for the Granite School District.  He is currently a Motorcycle Safety coach for the State of Utah where he spends many of his weekends teaching motorcycle safety classes.
